Take exit towards Memorial Bridge
When this road divides, go toward Route 50/Rosslyn, Virginia
Exit for Key Bridge, stay to the left
As you cross Key Bridge, stay in middle lane
At the end of bridge, make a right and stay in the left lane
Make a left on 33rd Street
Make a right on Q Street
Make a left on Wisconsin Avenue
If you want to park in parking garage:

Make a right on Whitehaven Street
Follow the road to the left and you will find the parking garage ($6.50)

Follow Wisconsin Avenue South for approximately 10 miles

Watch for the National Cathedral on your left

You find 2115 Wisconsin Avenue shortly on your left, right next to Holiday Inn

Follow Dulles Airport Access Road to I-66*

*I-66 has HOV Restrictions and is only for carpools of two or more traveling East into Washington from 6:30AM until 9:00AM and West into Virginia from 4:00PM until 6:00PM.

Exit 1-66 at the Capital Beltway, I-495
Follow I-495 South to the exit I-395 North, which is from the left Lane
Take I-395 North and follow the directions listed for National Airport, Richmond, and Points South.

 

3. Arrival Sign-in

Please sign in upon your arrival. A document package of the workshop together with a name tag will be prepared for each participant. The sign-in desk will start at 8:00 am and breakfast will be provided for all workshop participants. The workshop will start at 9:00 am.

 

4. Parking

Please use the parking garage underneath the 2115 Wisconsin Ave. building (refer to the above map). The all-day parking fees are $5 entering before 8:00 am or $6.5 if you enter the garage after 8:00 am. The rate is flat for the whole day or any part of the day. Please take a parking ticket at the garage gate and we will reimburse it at the sign-in desk. Please use the left lane at the entrance of the garage gate as the right lane is for the monthly contractors only.

 

5. Presentation equipment

The following equipment for presentation will be available at the workshop:

(1) Laptop PowerPoint presentation projector

A laptop computer will be available for this purpose at the workshop. You are welcome to use your own laptop computer as it is more customized to you needs. Internet access is also provided.

(2) 35mm slide machine

(3) Overhead projector

Lunch is provided at the workshop to all participants.
